Shows the following in section
4.2.23 GenericMapper Plug-In
Says there are the following parameters for this plug-in:
MatchFilter
AddAttribute
ReplaceAttribute,,,etc...

However ODSM only shows two parameters available
mappingContextIDs
and
mapfilename

1.  Where can the proper correct documentation be found?

2.  Where to find explanation of either parameter (mappingContextIDs or mapfilename) ?

3.  If a map file is to be created at the O/S level, what directory/home does it get placed in?
