OPSS - Unable write in the audit Database getting IAU-5048 / Java.sql.SQLException: No Suitable Driver Found (Doc ID 2266130.1)

Symptoms

After apply April CPU patch to Weblogic, the domain is unable to write in the Audit Database

Observing the next error in logs:
