Symptoms
When the user clicks the "Sign Out" link in OBIEE, the proper URL (http(s)://<WLS_MANAGED_OAM_SERVER_FQDN:WLS PORT>/oam/server/logout) is displayed in the browser, but the page is blank.
- If the user clicks the refresh button on the browser, then the blue "User Signed Out Successfully" page from OAM is displayed.
- New installation of Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 11.1.2.3
- OAM used for single sign-on for OBIEE
- Issue is not seen in an OAM 11.1.1.7 environment
