Symptoms

This started after:

1. Change the users <PREFIX>_OPSS, <PREFIX>_IAU, <PREFIX>_IAU_VIEWER, <PREFIX>_IAU_APPEND password in database using the System user.

2. Change the passwords for the <PREFIX>_OPSS, <PREFIX>_IAU, <PREFIX>_IAU_VIEWER, <PREFIX>_IAU_APPEND from wls console and also modified the credentials using the following commands.
