Goal

Not able to create web ADI document when integrated EBS 12.2.5 with Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3)

WNA SSO is configured with EBS and OAM. When create document in Journal wizard is attempted by click on open button, security alert popup window shows below messages
1) The identity of this website or the integrity of this connection cannot be verified.
2) The security certificate is from a trusted certifying authority.
3) The security certificate date is valid.
4) The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site.

In our implementation enduser is going to access url containing customer.ca as domain and for SSL third party certificate is also issued with customer.ca domain name. Loadbalancer is doing ssl offloading, redirects and map customer.ca request to servers having hostname that have .xxxx.root.local as domain suffix.
OAM , OID and all other components are deployed in .xxxx.root.local. SSO is working fine. Problem is when we try to create a Web ADI document in journal wizard it shows above said security alert and and when click yes to proceed, it hangs.

Please confirm if above issue with document creation is due to mismatch in certificate domain?
