Sort Order for Columns Not Saved for the Current Session for Non-Owner Users (Doc ID 2267756.1)

Last updated on MAY 24, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Business Process Management Suite - Version 12.1.3.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In a shared view, changes done in the sort order must persist for the current session even after reloading the tasklist or reloading the worklist, but it is not happening, after reloading, it just reloads to the previous sort order.

For example:

UserA creates a custom view with any sort criteria e.g. sort by Number in ascending order and is shared with UserB.
UserB login into workspace and clicks on a column e.g. Number in the shared view.
When userB refreshes the view, the sort order reverts back. Expected behavior is that sort order changes should persist for the current session for non-owner users and persist across the sessions for admin user.
