RP/TUX Application Server In Tuxedo Configuration Hangs During Shutdown Command (Doc ID 2267855.1)

Symptoms

Windows 2012, PeopleTools 8.55.14, Tuxedo Version 12.1.3.0.0_VS2012, 64-bit, Patch Level 080

When executing a PeopleSoft psadmin shutdown command one of the PeopleSoft application processes will hang.
