IE 11 Content Presenter Download Link Gives Default Download File Name as "DownloadBinaryServlet"

Symptoms
On WebCenter Portal: 11.1.1.9.0
On IE 11 the servlet used by the Content Presenter taskflow for delivering a download link from WCC is setting the default filename as 'DownloadBinaryServlet' instead of actual file name.
One would expect to see the actual filename when downloading instead of DownloadBinaryServlet as the file name.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify the Content Presenter Taskflow.
2. Use the custom taskflow
3. Download file from Content Presenter, Notice the filename.
