NullPointerException And No Metadata Found For Metadata Object "/alertRule.jsff"

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, BAM Alerts
NullPointerException and no metadata found for metadata object "/alertRule.jsff"
When an alert is configured at BAM composer and we choose to invoke a webservice as part of the configuration of that alert.. when we click on "Save" a null pointer exception is showed in an ADF error popup message.
In the logs are observed the next lines:
