Symptoms

Unable to add a user to an Oracle Access Manager (OAM) coreID Policy Manager integrated with Oracle Internet Directory (OID).

OID response is slow and there is repeated "LDAP result is not obtained from LDAP server." message in Policy Manager CoreID logs.
