Initialize Realtime Destination fails: "Error: during mirror operation. Error number = -12011. No response from remote execute trying to save assettype [error was -100]sendRows: Mirror failed, errno=-100"


While trying to initialize a QA realtime destination for a DEV website of ours, when I clicked the "Mirror" button I received the following error that my team has never seen before.

"Error publishing Asset Types, -100, No response from remote execute trying to save assettype [error was -100]sendRows: Mirror failed, errno=-100.

Error: during mirror operation. Error number = -12011. No response from remote execute trying to save assettype [error was -100]sendRows: Mirror failed, errno=-100
