Cannot Complete Password Change In Logon Manager, The Finish Button Is Greyed Out. (Doc ID 2269271.1)

A Web application template logon form works, however when prompted for a password change the Change Password window for ESSO will not let them proceed.

The customer can enter a New Password and Confirm, ESSO Logon Manager responds and injets credentials, submit appears to save the password and enters it into the application, however the Finish button within ESSO Logon Manager is greyed out so the Change Password screen cannot be closed. The application appears to take the new password, but the password is not changed in Logon Manager.
