Symptoms

While configuring OID 11.1.1.7, the configuration fails during ASInstance creation step with the below error:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install openjdk 1.7
2. Install weblogic 10.3.6
3. Install 11.1.1.7 OID
4. Run RCU to load schemas
5. Configure OID 11.1.1.7
