Symptoms
A new REST composite has been deployed to an integrated weblogic SOA domain. When testing the composite from EM console, the error below is seen:
MDS-00013: no metadata found for metadata object "/deployed-composites/default/<composite name>/xxxx.wsdl"
MDS-00201: PDocument not found in MetadataStore : [store-type=FileMetadataStore app-name=soa-infra repository-name=mds-soa partition-name=soa-infra]
