When content is sent to Inbound Refinery (IBR) conversion fails.
Setting the conversion to 'Refinery Passthru'" (check-box checked), IBR failed.
The content's status is "GenWWW", it is not released.
Selected (check box) 'Refinery Passthru' following IBR failure.
