Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 11g and Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c MS SQL JDBC Driver Not Found On Classpath Running Database Application Tables (DBAT) Scheduled Job (Doc ID 2269952.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 24, 2022

Applies to:

Identity Manager - Version 11.1.2.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

MicroSoft (MS) Structured Query Language (SQL) Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) Driver not found on Classpath running DBAT scheduled job

Have installed the DBAT connector finally but now can't get it to run scheduled job "DBAT Lookup Reconciliation" ...such as Uploadjars.sh, UploadResourceBundle.sh, copying the sqljdbc4.jar file to ../ConnectorDefaultDirectory/targetsystes-lib/DBAT (and dbat-11.1.5.0), adding the CLASSPATH to both pre-pend and append in the STARTUP for the oim server, have re-started, PurgedCache, and just about everything else too. The db is available as verified running in the jdbc program to it, and while generating the connector it had to communicate with it as a user had to copy sqljdbc4.jar to the lib directory of the generate branch for the DBAT connector.
