Setting "Content-Disposition: attachment;" To Blob Headers Doesn't Work (Doc ID 2270081.1)

Goal

If setting "Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=xxxxx.pdf" to Blob Headers on URL Pattern Form page, it doesn't work.
When accessing this Blob vanity URL, it isn't included in the response header.
