OWB to ODI Migration Missing Mapping Modules Even with MIGRATION_OBJECTS Wildcard (Doc ID 2270166.1)

Symptoms

After using the Oracle Warehouse Builder to Oracle Data Integrator (OWB-ODI) migration utility to migrate mappings from OWB 11.2.0.4 to ODI 12.2.1.2.6, it is observed that a particular module mapping is missing on the ODI side, despite using the wildcard 'MIGRATION_OBJECTS=*'.

There are no errors in migration utility logs.
