We have found an issue connected with weblogic patch DEM4 and UIAL on Windows Server 2012 R2. After installing DEM4 or UIAL on weblogic 10.3.6 there is a problem when trying to edit/delete existing or add new security provider. To see described situation on Your own please enter the weblogic console with DEM4 installed, choose option , then -> -> <Lock & Edit>. Then choose one of existing providers for example DefaultAuthenticator. Choose option and confirm with. You should get an error.  When DEM4 is uninstalled, editing/deleting/creating providers works fine. Described problem appears only when weblogic is installed on Windows Server 2012 R2. We have also noticed, that problem is caused by file Oracle\wlserver_10.3\server\lib\schema\weblogic-domain-binding.jar, which is one of files modified by DEM4. When the file weblogic-domain-binding.jar is restored to original (not patched) version, described problem does not exist.
