Unable To Login To B2Bconsole With Default Authenticator Users

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User can not login into the B2B console with newly created users created in the default authenticator. The new users can log into the WLS console and EM.
The user “weblogic” can log into the B2B console with no issues.
