Unable to Edit FTP Adapter Outbound Connection Pool Props from WebLogic Admin Console (Doc ID 2270639.1)

Symptoms

WLS Console not accepting any changes done to OutBound Connection Pool properties of FTP Adapter application of the SOA Domain.

Customer is trying to edit configured outbound connection pool for FTP adapter of the SOA domain in WebLogic Admin console. When property values are entered and save button is clicked, the values are not saved.

Customer applied latest WLS 12.2.1.0.170418 PSU restarted entire domain. Issue is still seen even with latest PSU.

No errors are thrown in the logs or on the Console screen.
