Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual 2.0.6.2.X Virtual racks, With Oracle ACFS RAC DB instances on Exalogic Guest VM's, issue of Exalogic Guest VM's crash rebooting/Hanging is observed.

Following error messages are seen in system logs at the time of the issue. As seen below we see "ipoib_cm_handle_tx_wc: failed cm send event" error messages followed by "status 12 vendor_err 129" error messages.
