After Applying BP, Lookup UI Size Diminishes (Doc ID 2271988.1)

 After applying BP UI issues in Lookup fields of process form.

Issue details:

1. Login to OIM selfservice console
2. Take any user already having an account and entitlement
3. Select account provisioned -> click Modify account
4. Click on any lookup on Parent form, it shows with vertical and horizontal scroll bars, but it shows properly in BP
