RP/TMA TS QUEUE is Deleted Before Being Read By Tuxedo TMA for TCP CICS Gateway Causing Error LIBGWI_CAT:1007 (Doc ID 2272353.1)

Symptoms

E-Link 3.2 upgraded to Tuxedo Mainframe Adapter(also known as TMA) for TCP 12.1.3 release. Upgraded environment message flow is:

Tuxedo 11g (32-bit) <- Tux 12c (64-bit) with TMA(TCP) 12.1.3 <- Mainframes TMA TCP for CICS 12.1.3

Seeing the following intermittent errors with some transactions in Tuxedo gateway side ulog:

112004.tmagatewaymachine!GWIDOMAIN.19891.1.0: LIBGWI_CAT:1007: ERROR: Decoding type VIEW:e221rply for type MVS failed
112004.tmagatewaymachine!GWTDOMAIN.19666.4.0: GP_CAT:1048: ERROR: Don't know how to encode/decode data for request opcode 0xffffffffc1977031
112004.tmagatewaymachine!GWTDOMAIN.19666.4.0: LIBTUX_CAT:6031: ERROR: Unable to pre-process buffer before tranmission. Error code(12/4925)
112004.tmagatewaymachine!GWTDOMAIN.19666.4.0: LIBGWT_CAT:1282: ERROR: Memory allocation failure for compression
112004.tmagatewaymachine!GWTDOMAIN.19666.4.0: LIBGWT_CAT:1041: ERROR: Unrecoverable error occurred on send of data - sending failure reply over network

In CICS side log below error is seen:

ERROR>>>>> Handler(00088735): CICS-READQ TS Failed. RESP=44 RESP2=0 DATA=
