OIM Servers Are Going To Warning State Frequently (Doc ID 2272881.1)

Symptoms

OIM servers go into "Warning" state frequently. This is happening with all three nodes in the cluster. The thread dump shows the following stuck threads.

"[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '24' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'" waiting for lock java.io.PrintStream@30b082f6 BLOCKED
