The "Direct Reports" checkbox option unchecked and showing incorrect reportees when Requestor comes back from catalog page

The "Direct Reports" checkbox option of Request for others is not working as expected when "Direct Reports" checkbox is checked and requester comes back from the catalog search page."Direct Reports" checkbox is unchecked and showing only reportees of the requester.
Note: First time page load shows result properly further when rendering through screens,the results are not appropriate.
Steps to reproduce issue:
1 Login to Identity Console
2 Click on "Request Access" tilte icon
3 Select "Request for Others" option
4 Select the "Show direct reports" checkbox
5 Add direct reportee from the list
6 Click on "Next" button the catalog screen will appear
7 Now, click on "Back" button from catalog screen
8 On "Select User" screen the "Show direct reports" checkbox is un-checked
9 Search any valid user (who may not be reportee of the logged in user) with "Search" option
10 Message "No data to display" is shown
11 Now, again select "Show direct reports" checkbox. NO details displayed on selection.
12 Un-check the "Show direct reports" checkbox.
13 The earlier user search result is displayed now on screen.
