Symptoms

Using WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.2

Executing the command:

The Users that were deleted from the LDAP Server are not being cleaned up from the portal.  The users are still appearing in the members list of the portal.
After the users were removed from the LDAP server, they need to be cleaned up from the portals.
The WLST command will run, but it does not cleanup the deleted users from the portal membership page.

This worked in 11g, but does not work in 12c.
