When Printing In IE Using Applet Print in WebCenter Content: Imaging The Top Half Of The Image Is Cut Off (Doc ID 2274219.1)

Symptoms

When using Internet Explorer 11 and File -> Applet Print, the top half of the image is cut off. Cuts off Top Half of the image.  This occurs with all users and both viewers.  This occurs for the Print, not Print Preview. When changing the paper to landscape, this works correctly.
