SAML Signing with SHA256 Fails with MarshalException (Doc ID 2274967.1)

SAML1.1 SSO was configured with WebLogic Server. After changing to the SHA 256 algorithm, the new SAML Assertion returns the following error:

Changed SHA1 Algorithm to SHA256
