RP/TUX Tuxedo 12.2.2 tmboot Return Code Different Upon Error Than Older Releases

Symptoms
The Tuxedo tmboot command return code upon error is 1 in Tuxedo 12.2.2 version where as in older version return code is 0 all the time regardless to success or failure.
