PSA Struck for Long time when Upgrading OIM Schema
There are no errors in logs but the PSA step 12 of 13 has been struck for several hours and do not generate any more logs till completed.
For example the following logs show that the PSA completed about almost 8 hours
* ORCHPROCESS stores the process instances that are being executed.
