R2SP2 To R2PS3 Upgrade: Patch Set Assistant (PSA) Hangs for a Long Time at Step 12 When Upgrading OIM Schema (Doc ID 2275534.1)

Symptoms

OIM 11.1.2.2.x version Upgrade to OIM 11.1.2.3

PSA Struck for Long time when Upgrading OIM Schema

There are no errors in logs but the PSA step 12 of 13 has been struck for several hours and do not generate any more logs till completed.

For example the following logs show that the PSA completed about almost 8 hours
