Metrics Are Not Showing Up On The Analytics Server. (Doc ID 2276228.1)

Symptoms

Oracle API Gateway version 11.1.2.4.0 was installed along with OAG Analytics which was enabled on the Gateway.   When accessing the Transaction Audit Logs section of the Analytics console, no data is being shown.

The follow screen from Policy Studio for the Gateway being used, shows the External Connections >> Database Connections, where testing the Analytics DB connection shows it functions successfully:
