The openssl s_client -connect <actual host name>:<Oracle HTTP Server SSL port> command produces the following:

An Internet Explorer Web Browser OHS SSL port test produces the following:

'This page can’t be displayed...'

The OHS ssl.conf provides the ssl configuration for the OHS SSL port.

A recent OHS httpd.conf edit configured a virtualhost without a port or any subsequent directives.

For example:

<VirtualHost www.example.com>
ServerName www.example.com
</VirtualHost>
