Full Index Rebuild Cycle or other Index processes fail, due to missing folder (orphaned content).

Logs show:
!csIndexerError intradoc.data.DataException: !csFldDoesNotExist,xxxxxxxxxxxxx

SQL Query confirms:
SELECT * FROM FolderFolders WHERE
fFolderGUID='xxxxxxxxxxx';

>> 0 rows returned

The PARENT FOLDER is not in the folders table.
