Error Message Unknown Type Constant Pool Appears in Logs With No Application Impact - OHI (Doc ID 2278146.1)

Symptoms

Under periodic delivery review, it was noticed that the following error message upon server start:

Message is annoying during server startup.

Problem should have been resolved by <Bug 21207471> - PROBLEM WITH MOJARRA LIBRARY AND JAVA 8 IN WLS 12.1.3. which is supposed to be included in PSU 12.1.3.0.161018, however message persists.
