WLQueueSession SetRedeliveryDelay Is Ignored (Doc ID 2278151.1)

Symptoms

We are trying to programmatically change RedeliveryDelay, but the setting is ignored.

The message producer method performs following operations:
 


In Weblogic Administration Console we have these 2 settings:
* ConnectionFactory "default delivery" tab, DefaultDeliveryParamsBean.DefaultRedeliveryDelay set to 0
* Queue "delivery error" tab, DeliveryParamsOverridesBean.RedeliveryDelay set to -1

We observe that the redelivery is performed not waiting for 1 minute between subsequent attempts.
