SecurityGroup and Account Values Are Changing When Importing A Portal in WebCenter Portal Including Content (Doc ID 2278688.1)

Using WebCenter Portal 12c with WebCenter Content 12c for content management.

When importing a portal, the included content is being imported to WebCenter Content with the default security metadata values instead of the values set at the time of export.
The imported portal is a previously exported WebCenter 12c portal.

More specifically, content items have 'Public' Security Group and an empty Account field at the time of export.  After importing, they end up having 'WebCenterSpaces' Security Group and a uuid set in the Account field.

The information above is retrieved through WebCenter Content 12c web interface ( http://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/cs ) .
From the left pane, navigate to: 'Browse Content' -> 'Folders' -> 'Enterprise Libraries' -> Imported_Library_Name .
At one of the displayed content items -> click the exclamation mark icon in the rightmost column, named 'Actions' .
The content information appears. You can troubleshoot the aforementioned issue in this screen.
