RP/TUX Tuxedo 12.1.3 TMQFORWARD Server Process Crashes When Dequeue Messages From Tuxedo 11.1.1.2 /Q Queues (Doc ID 2279218.1)

Symptoms

On : Oracle Linux 7 x86-64 with Tuxedo Version 12.1.3.0.0, 64-bit, Patch Level 093

Attempting to migrate to Tuxedo 12.1.3 messages on Tuxedo /Q queues that were created, and enqueued, using Tuxedo 11.1.1.2 .
The Tuxedo 12.1.3 TMQFORWARD servers will crash when trying to dequeue the messages from the Tuxedo 11.1.1.2 /Q Qspaces.

Tuxedo ulog has LIBTUX_CAT:1477 event messages that TMQFORWARD servers died:

192514.924.tuxedomachine!TMSYSEVT.30211.4267803136.0: LIBTUX_CAT:1477: ERROR: .SysServerDied: TMQFORWARD, group DMAN_Q, id 9700 server died
