RP/TUX Tuxedo 12.1.3 TMQFORWARD Server Process Crashes When Dequeue Messages From Tuxedo 184.108.40.206 /Q Queues

On : Oracle Linux 7 x86-64 with Tuxedo Version 220.127.116.11.0, 64-bit, Patch Level 093
Attempting to migrate to Tuxedo 12.1.3 messages on Tuxedo /Q queues that were created, and enqueued, using Tuxedo 18.104.22.168 .
The Tuxedo 12.1.3 TMQFORWARD servers will crash when trying to dequeue the messages from the Tuxedo 22.214.171.124 /Q Qspaces.
Tuxedo ulog has LIBTUX_CAT:1477 event messages that TMQFORWARD servers died:
