REP-0001 Occurs when Starting Standalone Reports Server in 12c (Doc ID 2279289.1)

Symptoms

This issue can be reproduced by following step.

 1. Create Standalone Reports Server with following WLST command.

createReportsServerInstance(instanceName='rep_server1',machine='AdminServerMachine')

2. Start the rep_server1.

DOMAIN_HOME\bin > startComponent.cmd rep_server1

REP-0001 occur with following dialog.

Changes

 Create and start Standalone Reports Server after installation and config.
