PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

While using SOA Suite 12.1.3 Rest Binding component to invoke a REST service hosted externally, a problem was encountered when invoking
the service through SOA Rest Binding. The error received is:
STEPS
------
1. Attach owsm policy oracle/http_basic_auth_over_ssl_service_policy to the rest service
2. The error will be generated:
"The password credentials cannot be obtained from the Credential Store Framework (CSF). Unable to retrieve the csfKey "basic.credentials".
The csf map "oracle.wsm.security" found in the credential store is being used and the following keys are found in this map :- "
