How To Check Process Id Strictly On Tuxedo? (Doc ID 2280786.1)

Oracle Tuxedo - Version 11.1.1.2.0 and later
Linux x86-64

Tuxedo BBL has function which sanity scan to check process dead or alive.

However, if the process id recycled between sanity scan timing, it can not detect process restart correctly.

Is there any solution for process checking strictly?
