Justification is getting vanished when you click on the 'i' icon in the cart row for first time.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Login to IAM console as end-user or Admin
2) Checkout any role or appinstance or entitlement
3) At the last stage of submission, enter some value for justification and then click I icon on any cart item row immediately
