Symptoms

1. Downloaded and installed the BICS image loader application into a DBaaS instance.

2. The application works perfectly in a BICS installation / Database Schema Service installation but fails at logon when it is used in a DBaaS instance with the following error:

Error processing session sentry function. ORA-01403: no data found
