Goal
This documents explains how to configure Message Queue Broker so that it responds to security scans.
Portmapper is single threaded and therefore a heavy system load (ie. security scan) can contribute to a hang scenario. These steps are necessary in order to avoid the broker going into a hang state by eliminating portmapper from picture alleviating the bottleneck.
