Symptoms

In WebCenter Interaction (WCI) Collaboration, the Bulk Upload applet no longer works after upgrading to Java 8u131 or higher on the user machine. It may stop responding when clicking the Bulk button.

Single file upload works with no problems.

Updating or installing Java 8u131 or higher on the user machine.
