Parameters Containing Leading Underscore Characters in Vanity URLs (Doc ID 2282096.1)

Last updated on JUNE 22, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle WebCenter Sites - Version 12.2.1.2.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

For a Vanity URL configured with Wrapper, when a parameter such as "requestid=12345" is passed and the URL is accessed via a mobile device (d=Touch), the resulting URL contains a duplicated childpagename parameter.

These symptoms only occur for mobile user-agents.

Example:  mywebsite.com:7003/sites/content/customer-service/contact-us/thank-you?_requestid=12345
