OSB Email Transport - IMAP Shared Email Boxes Connectivity Issue (Doc ID 2282119.1)

Symptoms

OSB Email Transport throwing error while connect to Shared Email Boxes in IMAP server.

We have already set the below JVM params.
-Dmail.imap.auth.ntlm.disable=true
-Dmail.imap.auth.plain.disable=true

We are able to connect the User email box in the same IMAP server using Email Transport. We are having this issue only for Shared Email Boxes.

The below error is occuring for every Polling frequency.

javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: AUTHENTICATE failed
