Getting Connection Refused Error When Trying To Connect From WebLogic To Solarwinds Using JMX (Doc ID 2282336.1)

Symptoms

On WLS 12.1.3, you are getting a connection refused error when trying to make a JMX connection from WebLogic to SolarWinds (third party monitoring software)

 Following JMX options were added to the startup script:

 

 In order to make a JMX connection, you are opening the JConsole on your local machine when you see this error
