Filtering OSB log message : com.bea.wli.sb.pipeline.PipelineException

How does one filter OSB log messages ?

How to filter out PipelineException messages from OSB logs (Oracle Service Bus 12c), but filter is not working on .out server log files (example: osb_m1.out).
Configuring log filtering on old OSB 11g servers is working fine, but the same steps on OSB 12c are still showing messages in .out log files.
