Symptoms
Problem while upgrading Forms and Reports from 12.2.1.0 to 12.2.1.2
12.2.1 AdminServer, WLS_FORMS, WLS_REPORTS, ohs1 and NodeManager are running successfully.
Performed the following tasks
1) Installed supported JDK
2) Installed 12.2.1.2 infrastructure
3) Installed 12.2.1.2 Forms and Reports
4) Ran the upgrade readiness test.
